Plastic injection
Within the facility, we've got 35 injection machine with robot hand ranging from 100 ton to 550 ton for sampling or mass production. For larger moulds, YCX Centermould has access to dedicated 580-ton to 1,200-ton presses in which we sample all of our tools. As a result, delivery time is reduced and the need to fine tune is minimized. Parts manufactured from our molds will be marketed on time, and you will have the competitive edge. This is our assurance of customer satisfaction.

Reaction Injection Molding (RIM) RIM process is an excellent choice for larger plastic parts produced in short run or low volume production quantities. Reaction injection molding is used in many industries for many types of parts. While bumpers for vehicles are produced in this process, most applications are for large, complex parts produced in quantities less than 500 units. Examples include panels for electrical equipment, enclosures for medical devices, and housings for computer and telecommunications equipment.

Twin-shot molding It is the process of molding two different materials (two and three color) at the same time. One material makes up the inner section of the part and the other makes up the external portion of the finished part.

LSR and Silicone Compression Molding
We have rich experience in molding silicone rubber components based on either LSR or compression technology. We can offer customers the flexibility of manufacturing low volume single cavity prototype products, to high volume multi-cavity series products.
